Claims for missing items, underweight or wrong items supplied will not be entered into once the packed order has been removed from the shop premises. We have built trust over many years and accept that very rarely things do go wrong. Please tell us if you have any problem with any order and we will try to sort it out fairly. We will re-weigh and re-pack orders if you have any concerns on-collection.
